Returns Policy
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Regular-priced belts are eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange. Your belt must be unworn, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
Start a return
Email [email protected] with your name and order number before sending your belt back. We will provide return instructions. One domestic return or exchange per order is free; exchanges are subject to availability. Belts received through an exchange may be returned for store credit only.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, allow up to 10 business days for processing to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Items explicitly marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
International orders & faults
Contact us for international return instructions. If your belt arrives faulty or incorrect, include photographs so we can help. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
